In the HAI Aromatherapy Essentials Course, you will explore how fragrant essential oils extracted from plants can be used as natural remedies to enhance beauty, health, and well-being.  You will be provided with information regarding how to prepare essential oils in a variety of remedies and optimize their healing benefits.  In this foundational course, you will be given recipes for skin creams and body lotions; therapies to help overcome worry, anger, stress, and depression; and blends for soothing simple ailments.  You will discover how aromatherapy assists the body in balancing itself in order for healing to take place, and for a state of wellness to be maintained.  A directory of essential oils describes the properties and applications of seventy-five common and exotic oils.  As well, a delightful boxed set of one hundred percent pure therapeutic grade essential oils will enhance learning and skill development with hands-on practical experience.
